1. Return Policy – What you need to know
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an item that does not suit you.
Our policy includes:
- 14 legal days of withdrawal according to European law ,
- 16 additional days offered as a commercial gift, for a total of 30 days.
The returned product must meet the following conditions:
- Be new, unworn, unwashed,
- Include its original packaging, complete and in good condition,
- Include all accessories, instructions and labels.
Return without original packaging or used product: refused.
2. How to return a product?
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service via email or form.
- You will receive all necessary instructions and the return address.
- Prepare the package carefully, respecting the conditions indicated.
3. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchange.
If you would like another size, color or model:
- Return the original item according to our procedure,
- Place a new order on our site before or after the refund,
- The refund will be made once the return has been verified.
4. Return costs – Who pays for what?
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
Supported by BonjourSport (after validation by after-sales service) :
- Defective or faulty product upon receipt,
- Shipping error (incorrect product received).
At the customer's expense :
- Change of mind,
- Wrong size or cut,
- Product does not meet expectations (taste, use),
- Delay in delivery.
Important: any error or defect must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting photo, and validated by our after-sales service to benefit from support.
5. Deadline and method of reimbursement
Once your return has been received and checked, the refund will be made within a maximum of 7 working days.
The amount is automatically credited to the payment method used during the purchase: bank card, PayPal, gift card (in the form of a credit note).
A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the refund is processed.
6. Non-returnable products
For hygiene or personalization reasons, the following products are not eligible for return:
- Underwear, socks, tights,
- Swimwear, compression clothing,
- Personalized products (e.g.: flocking of first name or number),
- Electronic products already activated or registered,
- Gift cards and digital products.
7. Defective Products and After-Sales Service
If you receive a product with a defect:
- Contact our customer service within 24 hours of receipt,
- Send a precise description of the problem, accompanied by clear photos and your order number,
- Once the defect has been confirmed by our after-sales service, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and issue a full refund.
Without reporting within 24 hours or without visual proof, no claim can be taken into account.
8. Legal guarantee
All our products benefit from legal guarantees:

For any anomaly noted upon delivery (open package, damaged product, damaged packaging), you must:

In the absence of reservations, the package will be considered to have been received in good condition.
